Quick and easy Vietnamese Steamed Rice Rolls topped with pork ham, beansprouts, fresh basil, and cucumber, all served with a sweet fish sauce. Perfect for dinner in under 30 minutes!

What you need

cucumber

fried onions

fl oz fish sauce

bunch thai basil

rice paper
Instructions
1: Microwave the rice sheets for 3 minutes or until softened. Gently peel each layer and tear into 3 inch pieces. Set aside. 2: Bring a medium pot of water to boil and blanch your beansprouts for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 3: Julienne your cucumber and Vietnamese pork ham (Cha). Set aside. 4: Wash and clean your Thai basil (leaves only). Lightly chop for garnish. 5: Prep your Vietnamese sweet fish sauce dip. I will share this recipe in a separate post. 6: Assemble your bowl by adding your steamed rice sheets, layer on the beansprouts, ham, and cucumber.
